HOW TO ORDER
To Fill Your
- Click on one of the categories
above/below to view the listing of items available.
- Fill in the quantity of the item you
- After you finish shopping in each
category, click on the "Add to Cart" button at the
bottom of each category page.
- A summary of your shopping cart
order will appear after you click on "Add to Cart."
To Complete Your Order:
- To purchase additional items, please
select the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom
left corner of the shopping cart form.
- To modify the quantity of your
items, change the quantity number. To remove an item, select
"0" for quantity. Upon completion, select the
'Recalculate" button to update your information.
- When you have completed your
shopping, click the "Check Out" button at the bottom
right corner of the shopping cart form.
Payment for our online prestock service must be made with a credit card or cash at the time of check-in at Sheraton Vistana Villages.
Fill in the Customer Information completely and click
"Submit." A Final Summary page will appear with all the information
you have filled in. If you have questions or need to change your
order, you will need to call us at
407-238-4888. Please be
sure to have your Order Confirmation Number ready so we can
identify your order while talking with you.
Prior to your arrival, your
prestock order will be stocked in your room. If for some reason
it is not in your villa once you have checked in, please call
extension 4888 upon reaching your villa and we will be happy to
deliver the order at your convenience.
72-hour advance notice is needed to guarantee that your prestock
is in your villa prior to your arrival. If you are within 72
hours of your arrival, we will be happy to gather the items and
deliver your order to your villa, however we cannot guarantee the
delivery will occur prior to your arrival.
If you have ordered wine or beer, please be aware that no
alcoholic beverages will be delivered unless there is an adult
of legal age with a valid form of age verification available
in the villa to accept the delivery.
All cancellations of prestock orders must be received
by the store no later than 24 hours prior to arrival date
given with the order. Orders cancelled with less than a 24
hour notice will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. Should
you cancel your reservation or change your check-in date, you
will need to call us to cancel your prestock order.
Special Requests or Specific
If you have any special request for specific brand names or items not listed, please feel free to contact us by phone by calling the resort's Mallory Square Market at 407-238-4888. We will do our best to accommodate you. If you don't notify us of your preferences, the market's staff will select brands for you. Availability as to brands and sizes of certain products may change from time to time based on store inventory.
A Note About
Pricing: Our prices are competitive with area convenience stores.
Prices are provided for items in each category to give you a base
cost. Please note that the actual price of the items you purchase
may increase up to 10% of the prices shown due to the fluctuating
cost of groceries between the time you order and the actual time
you visit the resort.
